Positioning the organization for its desired exit strategy via an acquisition from Baird Capital in 2017 I remained on as a board member and consulted on key engagements until its merger with Protiviti Digital in 2022.In 2020 I was also engaged as CMO of RocketDocs Software, a B2B sales enablement SaaS company and brought the brand to the forefront in support of the product re-platform and acquisition plans. The engagement was heavily focused on the re-platform of the primary solution, creating an innovative GTM plan, developing multi-channel digital marketing along with sales funnel and performance based outcomes. The journey continues as the product is optimized, enhanced, and positioned to be an industry leader. I am passionate about merging digital first strategy, technology, marketing, and business acumen to deliver truly unique and impactful solutions tied to success metrics.

    Brought on to establish product innovation for the new 2.0 version of the core SaaS platform servicing B2B clients with sales enablement solutions focused on RFP automation. The engagement began during the initial stages of the re-platform. Focus including the core GTM plan and execution for the existing install base along with net new customer acquisition. Priorities including migration planning, platform roll-out and feature set analysis to support legacy to new platform adoption. Job duties included rapid prototyping, focus group with feedback cycles and developing multiple revenue models with upsell and crossing into install base along with utilizing feature sets within bundled solutions creating entry level to enterprise packages and bundled with professional services to create an uptick in average contract value. Marketing rollout efforts included a full re-brand of the organization and developing a performance based culture highly focused on net new lead generation while supporting the current install base, developing upsell and cross-sell promotions for the main M&A objectives of the company.Primary Goals: Product innovation with a focus on performance Lead Generation with an emphasis on creating marketing led MQLs with conversions into SQL workstreams. Secondary goals including the development of frictionless sales processes to speed up touch points and support a shortened enterprise sales cycle. Brand awareness remained a top priority to develop and foster awareness with the industry analysts, trade associations and support prospects. Emphasis was placed on tracking, optimizing, and developing scalable solutions tied to ROI metrics.
