Upon successful completion of our class, partners will be able to use the "Extraordinary Experience" methodology to ensure that they provide Five Star Level Service.What Classes Do We Offer?QIG - Quality Improvement General - Online Class:This class is for active partners who are looking to improve upon their current ratings and are not in need of any certification of completion.QIR - Quality Improvement Recovery* - In-Person/One-on-One:This class is an intensive course aimed at helping partners who are in need of one-on-one coaching. Due to the intense nature of this course, it is performed in-person by a Consultant. 90+ percent of partners who have taken this course have seen a dramatic increase in their ratings upon reinstatement. *CERTIFICATE PROVIDED UPON COMPLETION
