After leaving college at the age of 18, I began working in hospitality. I loved this job as I am a real people person and having the chance to help members of the public was really rewarding.After a year, I decided I wanted a career change and that is when I discovered a Recruitment Support Officer vacancy at Spencer Clarke Group.After successfully securing the role, I began working at Spencer Clarke Group in October 2022. I love being a part of this team, everybody is so supportive and the fact that my role involves me helping our candidates so closely, means I still have a really rewarding career. I was over the moon to progress to Senior Compliance Officer in June 2023! In my spare time, I love being with my family, friends and walking my chocolate Labrador, Ted.
