We do this by developing policies and laws, informing decision-making through research and transforming behavior.I currently advise on and implement design and creative strategy requirements across the organization and its initiatives (~500+ projects annually), managing suppliers and agencies, and developing internal design and creative processes to ensure collaboration and co-creation. I also oversee design development of ECA core brand as well as its sub-brands and initiatives (Parent-Friendly Label, Anjal Z, Wed, Athar, Dam Al Aman.. and more). In 2020, I lead creative and structural development of the ECA website (launched June 2020), managing external partners to develop the dual platform. The website was selected as key initiative of the Abu Dhabi Inspires programme.In September 2021 I was appointed a member of the Internal Staff Culture & Welfare Committee. LA Digital is a digital agency specialising in mobile design, product development, web strategy and digital consultancy. I oversaw branding & identity design, UX motion and digital asset design, as well as supporting new business development.

Brapp is a mobile first social platform for emerging producers and artists to create and connect through rich musical experiences. On Brapp, music producers can upload their music, and then anyone can use the app to record one minute videos on top, apply powerful audio effects and share with their followers. Since our launch end of 2015 we have seen users in over 100 countries create thousands of incredible collaborations on Brapp, many of which have led to official record releases. Design and consulting for Global Grad Show 2016 - 2018 including brand development for event set-up, event collateral and signage design and production. For 2018 I also oversaw design production for the inaugural Innovation Conference: Belief in AI, curated by Ben Vickers and Kenric McDowell.

Designed and developed branding, collateral and communications for Art Dubai Group exhibitions and initiatives (Dubai Design Week, Global Grad Show, Downtown Design, Art Dubai, Design Days Dubai, Art Salon, Art Week). This included developing brand guidelines, annual visual campaigns, website design, digital and video asset creation, project management, production and overseeing design teams and suppliers.

Worked with the Royal College of Art (RCA) and Art Dubai to launch the RCA’s renowned anonymous postcard exhibition which debuted in Dubai for its inaugural show outside London. The fund-raising exhibition featured over 1,200 original artworks created by some of the world’s leading artists and designers alongside rising regional artists, RCA students and alumni. Considered a highlight event of Art Dubai 2015.

9714 was a Dubai-based creative agency and events company with a fashion and lifestyle product distribution arm called Kitsch 22. I re-branded the 9714 identity and managed a team of designers to deliver creative for a roster of cross-industry clients including creative strategies, collateral and experiential activations for music festivals and other events.

Digital Gravel was the first online retail store selling and promoting independent designer and streetwear brands globally. I managed operations, buying and merchandising, and developed a bespoke inventory and content management system. I also looked after business development and relationships with our brands, as well as provided mentorship and brand consultancy to independent artists and designers.
