Responsible for planning Nokia's 4G (FDD) network for Mobily's (operator) north region in the Kingdom.

Managing a team of 4 engineers, working on 2G swap for the first Multi Operator Core Network (MOCN) merger between Jazz (previously known as Mobilink) and Warid Telecom in Pakistan. This was the first MOCN project in the region.My team was responsible for seamless 2G swap from Ericsson equipment (Warid Telecom) to Huawei equipment (Jazz). End to end responsibility, from swapping the equipment till site acceptance was one the major responsibilities of my team.

Responsible for maintaining and optimization Mobily's (operator) 2G network (Nokia equipment) in north region of the Kingdom.

RF optimization team lead for 2G network, responsible for maintaining and optimizing Mobily's (operator) Motorola 2G network in north region of the Kingdom.

Radio Frequency (RF) Optimization team lead for 2G network. Managing a team of 4 engineers responsible for maintaining and improving RF Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's) for Lahore city.
