Handling all pools under ( Emirates Islamic Bank, RAK Bank and First Abu Dhabi Bank ) including SME, Active (Bucket) and Written Off accounts (all nationalities), managing 20+ team member.Roles and key responsibilities:• Overseeing staff members and ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing of customers.• Setting payment collection goals and targets for the assigned allocations.• Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit, as Performance improvement plan. • Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit.• Ensuring that the company policy and bank regulations are applied on recoveries.• Implementing deadlines for invoicing and payment collection.• Overseeing monthly feedback reports & payment collections from team leaders.• Training and mentoring of staff members in the collections department.

Overseas retail debt collection , responsible for the below : Collect outstanding debts from clients and achieve collection target to ensure positive cash flow.Maintain debtor’s book to ensure that the debt status is accurate and latest.Develop reports on aged debt accounts.Monitor slow moving accounts to identify delinquent debts and take necessary action to recover the debts.Review collection queue to perform collection activities accordingly.Adhere to customer policies and procedures.Close a specific number of collection accounts each month to meet assigned target & provision.Contact debtors and implement repayment schedules and terms.Assist the company to take legal action against debtors by providing necessary information.Maintain security and confidentiality of company and customer information.Follow legal requirements during debt collections to avoid legal issues.
