-Develop and ensure implementation of design guidelines for all Bupa Arabia premises in coordination with the FM Director.-Ensure development and successful implementation of design plan in order to ensure successful achievement of design goals for all assigned projects.-Advise leadership team on the most suitable design consultant candidates through initial outreach, RFP development, contract execution and contract administration in coordination with the FM Director. -Provide support to development project teams in the development of design strategies in order to ensure efficient completion of project as and when needed.-Provide support to the design, development and construction teams regarding the development schedules, budgets and plans.-Ensure periodic internal design reviews in order to ensure alignment with overall plan and take corrective actions when needed.-Review design related deliverables and provide recommendations as and when needed in order to ensure compliance with quality standards and achievement of Business objectives.-Ensure coordination between multiple consultants from pre-concept through execution to ensure alignment to Bupa master plan.

-Design and develop civil engineering projects in accordance with the requirements of the project.-Analyze and interpret data for the project.Ensure that all projects meet legal and regulatory requirements.-Manage the budget and resources for the project.-Supervise and manage the project team.Monitor and report on the progress of the project.-Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.-Work with a variety of external stakeholders to ensure successful project.

-Facility Maintenance and Operations: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all facilities. -Ensure that all buildings are compliant with Bupa Arabia space and safety standards. -Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual facilities budget. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.-Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with and oversee work of external vendors and contractors.-Project Management: Plan and oversee facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and new construction.

-Overseeing and managing architectural design and construction processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations. -Developing architectural design concepts, creating detailed architectural drawings, and collaborating with the design team to ensure the project meets the NCB requirements and objectives.-Coordinating with other members of the project team, such as engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure smooth project execution. -Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure that construction work aligns with the approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.-Identifying and resolving any design or construction-related issues.Ensuring that the project adheres to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Actively engaging with the Business to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide regular project updates. -Building and maintaining strong client relationships.-Providing guidance and mentoring to junior architects and design team members. -Collaborating with other disciplines to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
