• Create & distribute work orders to staff members in different departments
• Schedule workflow between departments to expedite production of items
• Review master production schedules and work orders to determine order priorities
• Provide information on changes in manufacturing methods
• Maintain inventory of materials and parts needed to complete production
• Coordinate with Installation team at Site to provide them with information of installation

• Apply planning skills to optimize inventory and maintain a healthy service level through analyses of requirements
• Identify & monitor list of critical items
• Review outstanding PR’s on daily and monthly basis
• Coordinate efforts with procurement managers to provide them with information on low inventories
