    RESPONSIBILITIES Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle that includes, placement of Job ads, attracting talent, screening resumes, conducting interviews, placement and on-boarding. Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. Maintain personnel records of all employees of the Company confidentially. Managing employee data base for different reporting. Prepare appointment promotion/transfer letters, experience, warning, termination & visa letters. Update HR policies and procedures as per work requirement. Devised training plans for effective training and development for all personnel. Manage payroll, attendance management system and ensure payroll is completed timely. Conduct Annual Compensation review based on Performance Management system. Manage employee benefits programs, medical reimbursement, STD, loan facilities, transportation allowance, cellular benefits, leave encashment & bonus. Handle Complaints against services offered to employees, resolve employee’s grievances and facilitate management in taking disciplinary action arising out of any misconduct in line with the Company policy. Conducting Exit Interviews to retain the talent. To keep record up to date regarding office furniture, fixture and other assets. Responsible for arrangement of travelling and hotel reservations.  Event Management for the staff . Handling EOBI, online portal and payments, coordination with EOBI when needed. Negotiations with suppliers and vendors for any maintenance work. Managed, mail, courier dispatch and tracked of packages & shipments. Company bank dealing, bank and ledger & Remittances working. Sales Tax, Income Tax Monthly/ Annual return of E-filling on FBR/SRB. Managing Reconciliation & Petty Cash.
