About Rubana Aafreen
Presently working with Dukosi as a project manager. A typical day of my present work involves managing complex project that involve managing the hardware and the firmware designing teams of more than fifty engineers, the timelines,tracking the various qualification processes/standards that are a part of the automotive industry such as ASPICE and other ISO certifications, understanding resource utilization and keeping the project within the budget allocated.I started my journey as an FPGA engineer which has provided me to get valuable insights regarding complex engineering projects and has enabled me to be an effective bridge between the development team and the commercial team (by virtue of my MBA and my work experience).I am a hands-on person and like to be in roles that enable me to help companies and people deliver to their maximum even under tough conditons. In my personal time, I like to travel and spend time with my family (sadly over facetime because of the geographical separation). Occasionally, I enjoy a good read when the weather is not fit for venturing out (which is not too rare an occurrence here in the UK :) )
