I work on operations and touring for community-led, owned and operated music venue Miscellania.

As Creative Director I design events, lead the organisation's strategic and creative direction, manage our community group, communications channels, partnerships, and finances.Cool Room is an artist-led organisation changing conversations aroundrepresentation, safety, and activism in electronic music, through panels, parties and live music shows. We have delivered events independently and alongside partners including ACMI, Footscray Community Arts Centre, Arts House, Liquid Architecture, and Brunswick Mechanics Institute.

I work on operational policy and procedure for Safe Mates Peer Supporters, whilst also handling volunteer recruitment and rostering.Safe Mates provides consultancy, training, and peer support services for live music events and festivals. Safe Mates gives event staff the expertise and tools tools to reduce the incidence of and respond to occurrences of drug overdose and gender-based violence.

As required, I advise on on Arts House development programs, curation and organisationalstructure.Arts House is Melbourne’s home for contemporary performance. With a year-round program of dance, theatre, music, sound, new technologies and community projects, Arts House is one of the major forces shaping Melbourne’s cultural and social landscape.

My role involved managing relationships with partner schools, universities, and regulatory bodies; ensuring marketing and recruitment staff meet sales targets; developing and refining operational policy and procedure; and recruiting new staff as required.Primus English is an ELICOS (English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students) school specialising in teaching English language courses in a caring, supportive, multicultural environment.
