Roles & Responsibilities:1. Implementation of NAUBAT BAJA-Missed Call Wala Radio Project in coordination with UNFPA. 2. Planning, budgeting, accounts management as per the AWP of Naubat Baja(NB). 3. Raising visibility of NB: developing marketing strategies for promoting NB in Rajasthan, developing branding and IEC material.4. Quarterly progress report submission on FACE form of UNFPA.5. Exploring new CSR and Govt. Projects.6. Preparation and submission of Action Plan, MPR, QPR and Annual Progress Report, Concept Note on activities and programs.7. Capacity building of team 8. NETWORKING with NGOs, Govt. and Pvt. organizations and institutions, Colleges, Universities and Corporates etc. for Naubat baja promotion in Rajasthan and other states.

a) Brand Development of all project scheme like- DDU-GKY, ELSTP, RSTP and PMKVY b) Meeting with the Collector, ADM, GM-DIC, Employment Officer, BDO and giving him/her all the details of the program.c) Gathering people and telling them about the scope of learning and developing skills for the livelihood.d) Conducting Assessment and Inspection, Re-Inspection, Placement verification and audit of various centers. e) Maintain all documentary works related to RSLDC (Rajasthan Skills and Livelihood Development Corporation) Project.f) Developing new SDC’s, VTP & NCVT SDC according RSLDC norms.g) Meeting the Sarpanch of the village and seek the permission for promotional activities and seminars.h) Monitoring of SDC’s, Industries, ITI, Local Institutes, NGO, Hotels & Resorts.

 Providing support to other NGOs/Agencies for conducting livelihood trainings under Prime Minister Kaushal Vikas Yojna (PMKVY). Providing support and consultancy to trained youth for Insurance, Group and individual loan for fresh entrepreneurs from rural and urban areas. Providing support and services of Proposal and Report writing for NGOs, Project Management, Event Management, Awareness and mobilization for various projects. Expansion of Yuva Pahal activities in collaboration with other supporting agencies and NGOs. Organizing Health Awareness and health check-up camps for ENT, Asthma, Diabetes, Eye Disease, General disease in rural and urban areas at free of cost. To work out for establishing community college of Yuva Pahal

 PDCOR Limited (sister concern of IL&FS – Duration: July 2008 to October 2008) Worked as Team Leader for –‘Bhamashah Financial Empowerment Scheme(BFES)* for the Pali District and achieved the 91% of given target. * The scheme was launched in July, 2008 as the "Bhamashah Financial Empowerment and Women Welfare Scheme." Under the scheme, the state Government planned to deposit Rs. 1,500 in the accounts of 50 lakh rural families through biometric smart cards along with health insurance.

Pratham established in 1994, is the largest non governmental organisation working to provide quality education to the underprivileged children of India. In Year 2001, I joined PRATHAM as my first job. Soon I was promoted at various level and in year 2003, I was transferred at Jodhpur to start a new chapter of work towards providing opportunity of primary education for 6-14 years old children, basically who were dropped out and could not read and write properly. Only one goal was to be achieved: Every child in School and Learning Well... and we did it perfectly.
