Responsible for providing customers with a high-quality service by developing designs that meet customer functional and budgetary requirements. Generate functional and connection-level drawings for audio,video, control, and communications systems. Create Engineering Design Packages (to include A/V control, video, audio, and networking schematics). Generate and submit List of Materials (LOM) and monitor the ordering of A/V equipment and materials. Coordinate the requirements, integration, and installation of A/V control system programs. Define functional requirements for control systems programmer. Support the on-site installation efforts of the team. Troubleshoot and debug AV systems.Full compliance with company and customer’s safety programs and other duties as required or assigned by management.

Responsible to Installing new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services,settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary. Create, change, and delete user accounts per request. Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.

Responsible to ensure all database servers are backed up in a way that meets the businesses RecoveryPoint Objectives (RPO). Test backups to ensure we can meet the business. Recovery Time Objectives(RTO). As there will be new systems brought in-house, I am entrusted to choose whether to use clustering, log shipping, mirroring, Windows Azure, or other technologies. Install and configure new SQL Servers and deploy database change scripts provided by third party vendors. I was also involved in the process of planning and development of database as well as troubleshooting, backup and data recovery.
