I Joined Indo Auto tech Ltd as Plant head for Manesar Unit. I am responsible for all plant related activities start from New business development , Project development , Purchase , Manufacturing , Customer support, Finance , Profitability of the plant.With a span of one year i am promoted to Business Head of Group 2 which includes the Manesar,, Tapukhera & Banglore Unit & Responsible for complete Business of all three Plants. All three Units are in the field of manufacturing of Frame, Body & Swing arm, other sheet metal & Fabrication parts. We are using 120 robots for welding & upto 250 Tonnage presses for pressing.

Worked with M/s Mark Exhaust Systems Ltd.- Gurgaon as a Asst General Manager & responsible for MESL Unit-3 as a Plant Head .I was heading the Plant which includes from Part Inspection to Customer support . I was also responsible for new projects. Our Customers are Maruti, Honda Motors, Hindustan Motors, Mahindra & mahindra , GMI , & Export. Company has a technical collaboration with Sanki G.K. - Japan. , Klarius U.K. I was reporting to MD.I joined MESL in Engg deptt. & looked after following activities as follows :- (From 24/2/2000 –March 2001)New Product Development., Standard Room., Engg. related shop floor problem.PPAP documentation Engg. related customer problem.From March 2001 to June 2002 As a HOD Tool Engg. & Industrial Engg. I am responsible for :-• Trial of New Tool, Jig’s & Fixture.• Validation , Maintainence & fool proofing of all Tools, Jig’s & Fixture.• Re-engg of the plant as per Lean Manufacturing concept to eliminate losses.• Erection , Commissioning & trial of new machine.• Lay out modification to reduce movement.• Productivity monitoring in each department & coordinating for improvement.• Working as a Team Leader of following activities in the co. – 5”S”, TPM, Jikon, Suggestion activity, Kaizen activity, Quality Circle activity.From June 2002 to Dec. 2010 :-- (Unit Head MESL – Unit-2 )I was responsible for :-- • Manufacturing (Production & Quality) department to meet customer requirement at all expects which are right quality, right quantity at right time.• To run all three department as per TS16949 & ISO 14000 requirement.• New Project / Parts development.• Productivity & Cost Reduction.• To improve 30% productivity with in 2.5 years with the help of re-engg, Lean Manufacturing /MPS, Fool proofing, Standardization, Eliminating waste etc.From June 2010 to 24th June 2012 :-- (Unit Head MESL – Unit-3 & Head of New Projects )
