aussieBum Real Time Fulfilment System Solely architected and led the implementation of the fulfilment system for aussieBum. This system gathers customer orders in real time using Rabbit MQ service. Once orders are downloaded from the web, they are conveyed through various modules. Each module is designed to implement a specific business rule, independent of each other and connected to other modules using a messaging service (Rabbit MQ). The system also integrates with other third-party services such as AusPost, DHL, Mailchimp, Braintree and CRM based on various business requirements that help with data transfers, cost savings, reconciliations, etc. This system has replaced the legacy processing system of aussieBum internal services.aussieBum MARKETPLACESolely architected, developed and implemented a marketplace system for aussieBum. This software integrates via the API with the legendary aussieBum’s Stock maintenance system, which enable the transfer and transformation of data into the marketplace software. The architecture is a state based light-weight system, which enables quick transfer of data between different marketplaces such as eBay, Google shopping, Iconic, TradeMe, Flipkart and Taobao. GOOGLE ANALYTICS & GOOGLE TAG MANAGER INTEGRATIONDid a short course on google analytics and after a thorough understanding of how Google Analytics works, integrated Google Tag Manager to implement Enhanced eCommerce for aussieBum.com and implemented Event tracking, Scroll and Video tracking. RECOMMENDATION ENGINEBuilt a configurable recommendation engine for aussieBum.com that includes engines like TopSellingEngine, SameCategoryEngine, PromoteItemEngine, and others to dynamically detect the best-recommended items for the given product page. Also extended the recommendation engine to implement a multi-arm bandit system for the shopfront that does machine learning to promote the product.

A fresh and modern approach was followed in rewriting most of the legacy processes. Simple and effective REST APIs were designed and implemented.RESPONSIBILITIES · Writing PHPUNIT test cases for every API. · Following strict coding ethics across the team using phpcs and phpmd. · Practising vigilant peer code review using gerrit. · Documenting all APIs using phpdoc tags. · Managing the project using Git, Gerrit, Atlassian-Jira and Confluence.EBAY API INTEGRATIONProject involved design, development and implementation of TheNile_Australia store in ebay. A highly successful project, launched TheNile into Australia’s largest bookstore in eBay.com.au with over 3 million book listings; as well as other ebay stores globally in USA, UK, Dutch, France, Spain and Italy.PROJECT FEATURES · Integrating with eBay API for listing, order import, feedback, shipping and emails. · Developing a store management system to manage generic parameters such as subtitles, description & shipping using CakePHP. · Developing and integrating official eBay stores for well-known Australian designers such as Witchery, Mimco, Ksubi, Nivea to name a few. · Developing a pricing model that takes into account, cost retail, shipping & handling charges, to calculate maximum profitable price in the current market.

Started as junior software developer and took coding to the heart at Emersion Software Solutions. Involved in the following key projects during my stay at Emersion. BILLING, PROVISIONING and OPERATION SUPPORT SYSTEMProject involved developing a complete software solution for M2 Telecommunications which includes a world class billing engine, Optus provisioning system, client management, payment and operational support services. The work involved developing B2B Application Programming Interface (API) that interfaces with multiple carriers and service providers using different communication protocols; such as web services (XML and SOAP).RESPONSIBILITIES · Designing the architecture for provisioning system for voice and data services providers in both wholesale and retail telecommunication markets. · Implementing the architecture of the provisioning system that communicates to various carriers (Telstra, Optus, PowerTel, etc) for new/cancel/change/relocate services using latest cutting edge technologies like J2EE, Oracle fusion middleware products (BPEL, ESB, etc), Spring, Web Services, SOAP, XML, PHP, OC4J, JDeveloper etc. · Completing the project through full SDLC; Interfacing with the clients and QA team to meet the business requirement and helping through the complete production release process. · Building and maintaining a User Interface which enables all services at the fingertips for the customers, retail service providers and the wholesalers.

I was working part time with Azurn International and Curtin University. I was involved in design and implementation of Reverse Voice Access to Data using J2EE where the server will make an outbound VOIP call to the user based on a rule engine.RESPONSIBLITIES · Project planning and implementing the architecture: · Java solution development for the proposed architecture which includes outgoing VOIP call, Rule engine, · Database connectivity and Streaming audio while the VOIP call is connected. · PHP solution development for the web interface. · Installing and deploying the solution to Azurn black box. · Performing load testing. · Testing, debugging and documenting.
