I gained expertise in SEO, SMO, web development, and mastered various technologies and frameworks.My passion for technology and innovation led me to explore mobile app development, and I learned to use Flutter and Ionic frameworks, enabling me to create engaging Android and iOS apps.I joined Sutherland Global Services, where I honed my customer support skills and quickly rose to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). I excelled in roles encompassing email support, chat support, phone support, and team leadership. In 2019, I transitioned to web development and successfully launched the Hackathon event website.In 2020, I Quit my Job and fulfilled my dream of starting an e-commerce company, Ignacious Eroscart Pvt Ltd, providing essential goods during the pandemic.In 2022, I co-founded Fofo Chat and Community, serving as a part-time CTO, and in 2023, I launched Eros Technologies, a company specializing in app and website development.My journey is characterized by adaptability, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to growth.
