I am the founder of Innovation Diamonds Ltd., and have been in the diamond and jewelry business for 25 years.I started with my first business, “Rand Pacific Diamonds” in Tokyo. The company traded polished diamonds at the Tokyo Diamond Center. Initially, it specialized in small diamonds, but over time it grew to offer a wide variety and served well-known jewelry stores in the local market. In 2008, I expanded my business in Asia and established another company located in Macau called “Fantasy Diamonds” that specialized in serving high-end private clients and focused on rare fantasy diamonds in different colors and sizes. In 2010, I established a company under the name “Raanan Bouchnik Diamonds LTD". With strong ties to Asia to this day, the company has become a significant supplier of small, mined cut and polished diamonds and in parallel, continues to cultivate relationships with private clients. The company expanded business operations to include international markets in the United States, Europe, and Israel. In addition to processing and marketing mined diamonds, over the last few years, I got involved in the lab-grown diamond business. I began researching this field because I believe that lab-grown diamonds are the future of diamonds, both in terms of quality and in terms of the social and environmental impact they embody.
