Ultimately serving as CEO, I created a common vision, mission, and brand that not only drove financial success, but also earned the company a “World’s Most Ethical Companies” designation by the Ethisphere Institute six times.My CEO experience underpins my contributions as a board director for multiple technology companies as well as government, industry, and not for profit organizations. In each board room, I am a valued guide in seeing through complexity and aligning teams around common strategies and solutions. I have been honored to participate in multiple joint government–industry task forces focused on increasing American innovation and competitive manufacturing. I am also proud to have started my career in Israel, where I served as Program Manager for Elbit Systems Ltd. and as an Officer in the Israel Defense Forces.
