As the Network and Alumni Officer, I am pivotal in managing the prestigious Chevening scholarships programme funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). My role involves cultivating strategic relationships with over 2,000 alumni in Indonesia and Timor-Leste, many of whom hold influential positions in various sectors. I actively promote Chevening through in-person and online activities, including education fairs, webinars, podcast and expert panel talks, all in collaboration with the alumni engagement activities.I efficiently manage the yearly budget for outreach and engagement activities of the Chevening Scholarships programme in Indonesia and Timor-Leste. I also oversee the Chevening Alumni Programme Fund (CAPF). Notably, I've successfully facilitated over 10 alumni projects, ranging from English and computer skills workshops in 11 juvenile prisons across Indonesia to expert panels on climate action, science and technology, also gender issues. My commitment lies in ensuring a lasting connection between the UK government and Chevening alumni, fostering collaboration between countries and addressing societal challenges.

During my tenure as the Digital Media Officer at the British Embassy Jakarta, I played a crucial role in enhancing the embassy's online presence. Tasked with managing social media for both the embassy and British Ambassador to Indonesia-ASEAN-Timor-Leste (2017-18), I went beyond content curation and audience engagement. My responsibilities extended to providing vital support in media relations, crisis management, and external communications.A significant aspect of my role involved leading social media ad campaigns, where I strategically promoted initiatives in tourism, education, and public diplomacy activities between the UK and Indonesia and the UK and Timor-Leste. In events management, I orchestrated various high-profile activities, including press conferences, ministerial and Royal visits, and the coordination UK national days celebration. These multifaceted responsibilities allowed me to showcase my versatility in both digital media and event coordination.Within a remarkably short timeframe, my dedication and impactful performance were recognised through the "Employee of the Month" award, and I was granted a competitive annual bonus during the yearly appraisal process. This experience serves as a testament to my proficiency in public diplomacy, digital media management, crisis communication, and my ability to make meaningful contributions to the strategic goals of the British Embassy Jakarta.

As a Senior Account Executive at a digital social media consultant/agency, I excelled in client management, leading a team of five for seven annual projects, each valued between USD 57,000 and USD 75,000. My responsibilities spanned diverse projects, including social media maintenance, digital communication plans, and comprehensive event and digital campaign management. This encompassed strategic aspects like digital ad placement, as well as overseeing video and photo productions. My successful project leadership extended across Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), beauty brands, and automotive companies. Through effective collaboration and meticulous project oversight, I ensured the seamless execution of multifaceted digital communication strategies, contributing to the success of businesses in dynamic industries.

During my master study, I joined International Career Enhancement club at my university to work part-time as student crew. I was pro-actively promoting, organised and led activities for international and local students (i.e.: city tours, airport pick up), I was offered to be one of the representative of the University Student Support Department and with that role to give talks during freshers week to newly arrived students (undergraduates and post-graduates).Alongside other 12 Indonesian students in Sheffield Hallam University, I also hosted the first ever Indonesian culture event called “Batik Goes to Sheffield 2014”, where we showcased variety of culinary, fashion show, music performances and video documentary introducing Indonesia. This full-day event attracted over 200 students, including lectures and university staff. The event later published on 5 Indonesian media outlets.

Started as intern, later hired as Social Media Executive, I was responsible to assist account manager in handling client service and maintain social media assets for three (3) clients (FMCG).
