I currently hold a dual role of CFO and IT Systems Manager which involves a wide range of responsibilities from daily financial reporting to the planning, management and oversight for complex IT system migrations and enhancements. Some of my contributions to the organization are outlined below:IT Systems Manager, 2008 - Present Project-manage the delivery of sophisticated system upgrades for client companies utilizing the latest technological solutions to drive efficiency and growth. Develop business and technical requirements, process flows, test plans, product guides and user education for product rollouts. Co-develop financial applications with software developers by utilizing advanced SQL, VBA and other technical skills. Lead organizational growth through improvement of processes and procedures including the rollout of new client/company-wide automation processes using Excel Macros, VBA Code, and SQL. Provide financial/IT management oversight for the end-to-end systems implementation process including business analysis, project planning, systems analysis, rollout, and testing to ensure effective project delivery.Chief Financial Officer, 2008- Present Manage all operational accounting requirements including financial reporting, strategic planning, internal audit, financial analysis, compliance, capital planning, insurance, and risk management. Develop strong working relationships with a wide range of colleagues internally to assist in the delivery of operational objectives across the business. Generate standardized reporting models and procedures with specific focus on cost reduction and operational efficiency in the financial forecasting process leading to improvements in cash flow and working capital. Implement a variety of internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risk including the development of management procedures, annual/quarterly reporting requirements and reconciliations.

In my previous role, I managed a team of 35 professionals in the delivery of system and user acceptance testing for the SAP FI-GL General Ledger Accounting Module on behalf of clients. Some of my key achievements in this role included the following: Maintained and documented all necessary regulatory paperwork and implemented wide ranging internal controls to ensure ongoing compliance within SOX guidelines. Established a capital expenditure budget in collaboration will all business units and coordinated its monthly reporting to senior executives. Conceptualized a variety of departmental policies to codify organizational standards in line with internationally accepted best practice. Overhauled a range of financial processes and implemented systems and technology tools to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and drive productivity. Delivered a redesign of legacy processes and procedures including the elimination of a costly and ineffective manual weekly consolidation of over 60 spreadsheets.
