Led these programs through awareness, initiation and action to drive the last mile benefits and impact.- Conceptualized and published Delhi Primes: Women in Power in 2013, a coffee table book to build brand and garner support and awareness for Lakshaym. The book featured a foreword from Ms. Sheila Dikshit and messages from Dr. Farooq Abdullah, Ms. Sharmila Tagore, Dr. Kiran Bedi and Mr. Madhur Bhandarkar. Followed by the launch of Delhi Primes: Men Serving Mankind was also launched in 2015 with a similar thought process.- Ideated a fundraiser event ‘Fashion For A Cause’ which has been running successfully for the last 7 years. The event has been endorsed by celebrities like Salman Khan, Boman Irani, Anupam Kher and designers like Rohit Bal, Varun Bahl, Ritu Kumar, Rohit and Rahul who walked the ramp to support our cause.- Designed a documentary movie "Laal Seb" in association with P Se Pictures talking about struggle a girl child has to go through for her education. The movie was screened in PVR Cinemas.- Built own team and partners across states to strengthen program executions. Led the organization through continued growth phase while making a direct positive impact on 3lakh+ lives across India.
