Prince started his real estate career in 2003 in one of the most dynamic markets in the world at the time, Dubai. He quickly realized his strength in going above and beyond to find the right investment opportunities for his clients, while providing outstanding service. His experience has involved residential, commercial and investment properties, and his present focus is residential sales throughout Northern Virginia.Born in Tehran, Iran, Prince studied auto mechanical engineering at Azad University. He moved to Dubai in 1999 and founded his first business there - an artist and event management company - prior to pursuing real estate. In 2008, Prince moved to Virginia to surround himself with family and worked in retail management. He advanced to a district manager position, overseeing multiple stores and coaching/training many talents. However his heart was still in real estate, so he returned to the field as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker. His true path lies in helping others invest in their future with real estate, something he has always believed in, knowing the value of building security and financial freedom as well as finding a home you love. “I truly consider every satisfied client who I’ve had the pleasure of serving my greatest achievement,” he says. “Customer service, building relationships, guiding people honestly, and making it all about them through the entire process is the core of my approach. So is negotiating the best deal, and working in their best interest.” Prince has lived in Northern Virginia for over 10 years, in McLean, Reston, Arlington, Falls Church, and currently Alexandria where he owns his home. He speaks Farsi and English, and is married to the love of his life with whom he shares many hobbies like hiking, wine tasting, traveling, and remodeling their house. Prince enjoys exploring new adventures and living life to the fullest, while striving to leave a legacy of doing good in the world and putting a smile on as many faces as he can.
