'Genesys' is a enterprise contact-center solution. I was a part from production team and my role assume working on level 3. I think I was a success team member as my participation to improve entire quality of our product, assumed by my role was significant from operations point of view. There are some of them:- call on emergency case to on-duty engineer (PagerDuty)• As a result we didn't miss any of potential environmental lack and it help us to reduce MTTR (Mean time to repair) and improve CX (customer experience).- to get control of all windows cluster events (Elasticsearch)• On the end of implementation we got finally control on mysterious background issues related to domain controllers and it helped us to solve them almost in real time. It give us a possibility to focus on real issue(s) or give us time to improve existing environments.- automatic upgrade chef environments (in every AWS region) via ansible• It was one of the most difficult preliminaries facing us, as the chef upgrade is very sensitive to versions and data, and at the same time it was necessary to save the existing data. Ansible was very successful here and as a result we successfully pass PCI DSS compliance on time.- support our production tenants, in case of emergency• As an a level 3 engineer, on that position we had to solve existing problem on customer environment in short time. To do our best, good troubleshooting, stress resilience and good knowledge of the platform got me used to be a favorite NOC(L2) engineer.- and not on the least, but my favorite one - upgrade by 'press 1 button'• It meant with less efforts, upgrade Elasticsearch environments(20+ clusters) by 'git push' As a result all involved tools had to work like a clock (aws development tools - CodeCommit, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, ECR). I'v made it! As a result all environments became in same version and even more it give me a possibility to focus on code, but not on support.

As an ISP company with providing hosting services (mail & dns), my role into was to support existingsolution - mail system over sendmail, and FreeBSD as an OS platform (sendmail+openldap+courier imap(virtual domains)).As many of you may know, one of the complexity unix tool is sendmail. I think my greatest achievement in current position be a familiar with last, and even more I was able to improve production mail pipeline with implementing new spam technique over and enhance quality to one of the provided hosting solution - mail. The second achievement, I'v deep into domain name system from low-level knowledge how it works and from my own was able to register new domain name on top level in RIPE database. As a result I'v got entire hosting services on my own and documented them to be clear for entire staff.
