This also, includes working with the design and layout team for all Real Estate collateral. •Amongst the asset management functions that I handle include SPV formation, KYC, preparing investor reports on a quarterly and semi-annually basis. Also, I prepare financial snapshots for each property on a regular basis once the management reports are received from our partners.•My role includes coordinating directly with the placement teams (answering queries, and monitor placement status of each deal).
