Carried out a mass media campaign and reached 53 million people for COVID-19 awareness. • Responsible for the design and content of SitReps, newsletters, press releases, annual reports, periodic case study booklets, etc.

• Responsible for HSSE of all the projects throughout their lifecycle.• Influence the Projects & Engineering team to fullfil their HSSE responsibilities and accountabilities by proposing personal performance targets in line with the Business Unit HSSE plan, proactively deliberating any issues with them, raising concerns, providing assurance through system audits and site inspections, and formally communicating the risks associated with any omissions.• Implement HSSE systems and procedures during engineering and project activities.• Contribute in pre-qualification of contractors and in specifying the HSSE requirements for contractors. • Lead and participate in HSSE meetings and other forums with Site Construction Team and Contractors for continual improvement in HSSE performance.• Review and approve contractors HSSE bridging documents, contractor’s method statements and JSAs.• Review or Participate in the investigations of Project related HSSE incidents and accidents; facilitate the process with line management, analysis of root causes and follow up for the implementation of recommendations.• Participate in projects specialist risk studies on need basis e.g. HSSE Case, HAZOPs, HAZIDs, Constructability Reviews and follow-up on implementation of recommendations in order to monitor and maintain risk levels to ALARP.• Lead Risk Workshops for individual projects during the various phases and ensure effective close-out of actions raised by constant follow-up and revision of Risk Register.• Collect, record, update and circulate HSSE related data from/to fields with in the company for reporting to E & P HQ and also for trend analysis including strategy development related to HSSE issues• Draft the project specific HSSE & risk management plans associated with project scope of work with consultation of all stakeholders• Lead Lessons Learned Workshops including multiple stakeholders and contractors after capturing Lessons from individual projects.

Core responsibilities include conducting environmental studies, developing proposals, client coordination and client awareness seminars; also, tele and electronic marketing and preparation and dissemination of material for business development.

The internship in the QA department was based on the reduction of product wastages by the identification of the operational issues and root cause analysis. A feasibility study of a PET to PET recycling plant was done while working in the HSE department.

The internship for six weeks at the Kansai Paints plant, Sundur Industrial State, Lahore included work in the HSE department, also studying of the environmental impacts of various paints while working in the R&D department.

The sessions included Environment Expert presentations, group work, hands on activities, documentaries, interactive discussions, creative challenges and an enriching exposure visit.
