Accounts Receivable Analyst
CurrentProvide support to customers and branches with customer account reconciliations and related inquiries. Communicate with customers and provide account review and analysis of invoices, payments, adjustments, and applications when needed. Answer inquiries about payments, adjustments, and refund status via phone, email, and chat. Support branches by sharing process knowledge and job aids.
