In my most recent role, I provide support and advisory services for custom assay development projects, leveraging technology to oversee the creation of protocols and techniques for proteomic and genomic multiplex immune- and biomarker multiplex assays. In addition, I drive efficiency and precision in assay execution to align with clients' requirements within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Moreover, I foster collaboration among scientific teams to expedite the integration of Luminex xMAP technology into research environments, broaden the customer base, and enhance revenue streams. I address and resolve customer support issues onsite to ensure seamless operations and bolster client satisfaction. Furthermore, I collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, R&D, technical support, and field services teams to enhance technology awareness, stimulate market expansion, and optimise customer engagement. Institute For Molecular Medicine, Paul Klein Center For Immune Intervention

During this position, I conducted research on murine dendritic cell subset development and function (including Langerhans cells) in viral infections, cancer models, and inflammation of the skin and intestines. I designed and executed high-dimensional flow cytometry panels for in-depth profiling of dendritic cells and T-cells in both mouse and human systems. Additionally, I managed extensive datasets, including NGS, single-cell sequencing, and proteomics data in close collaboration with our bioinformaticians. Further, I contributed to Journal Topics Board for Vaccines and led occasional reviews for reputable scientific journals. T-Cell Vaccine Unit: Combination Therapy

In this role, I developed and implemented in vitro assays to assess the efficacy of RNA-based cytokine fusion proteins in altering cytotoxic T cell responses. Also, analysed these constructs in murine cancer models for adaptive and innate immune modulation. Key Achievements:• Enabled cross-functional collaborations across departments by promoting exchange of expertise and resources for driving forward project advancement and achievement.• Provided effective supervision and guidance to laboratory technicians and interns, fostering a collaborative and productive work atmosphere, resulting in successful project outcomes.

In this role, I engaged in sophisticated research endeavors, encompassing the formulation of experimental designs, project planning, meticulous data collection, and thorough analysis and interpretation in alignment with project objectives. Moreover, I disseminated findings at conferences, actively engaging with the academic community to disseminate knowledge and insights.
