-Managed technical teams locally, remote, and offshore, to build and maintain client websites on internal ecommerce platforms from pre-sales to launch and throughout ongoing maintenance cycle-Developed budget proposals and contracts of over $5M through legal and accounting review to final execution in order to ensure client demands were met with sufficient resources-Lead cross-functional teams of over 15 senior java engineers, system architects, offshore programmers, user-experience designers, creative designers, interface developers, and quality assurance specialists to support client needs and maintain ecommerce sites throughout retail calendars year-after-year-Created project plans and milestone timelines to ensure delivery throughout rigorous project cycles of agile code deployments; launching to production environments every 1 to 2 weeks with larger waterfall builds at 2 to 6 months-Reported weekly to all stakeholders with information on project status, budget utilization, risk factors and assessments, milestone completion, issue resolution, and overall project health-Responded to critical issues and guided teams through site triage to resolve root cause, maintain SLAs, provide stability, remediate for PCI compliance, and ensure excellent performance during periods of peak traffic and throughout the year
