- Reviewing and negotiating Client Contracts received by consultants for supply of temporary , permanent and fixed term staff to clients;-Managing the timely and accurate production of contractual documents such as CCN's, Third Party Agreements, Addendums, Call Off Agreements etc;- Reviewing Contracts at bid stage to identify and highlighting risks to business;-Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders including Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Insurance;-Reviewing and negotiating framework agreements, advising on obligations and risks; -Supporting Account Managers / Directors for MSP and RPO accounts;-Tracking progress, resolve outstanding actions/ issues and achieve delivery dates;- Managing all supplier issues / variation requests through to resolution or supplier removal;- Managing supplier engagement for new MSP accounts including due diligence exercises with the client and suppliers.

Account Managing the company’s contract with the Ministry of Justice to provide smooth running of the contract by ensuring it complies with the pricing and service level agreements put in place by the Ministry of Justice;Main point of contact managing the Legal portfolio, dealing with large volume client queries and concerns. Clients includes Legal 100/500 law firms, Local Authorities, Regulatory Bodies (Hansard, Nursing Midwifery Council, Serious Fraud Office, Competition Commission) and many more;Efficient implementation of new clients and their requirements in relation to delivery of services, invoicing and payment options;Attending meetings in London to retain existing clients, providing management information and incentives on the use of our services;Cross selling other legal services provided by the company such as translation/interpreters to existing clients to increase revenue;Reporting to Contracts Manager and Sales Director regarding weekly and monthly targets and escalating major service issues;Training new staff members on company systems;Mentoring new staff on customer service and account managing skills e.g. building on existing relationships and how to find new clients;Working on PQQs and Tenders for new contracted clients in the Legal and Public Sector;Other daily tasks include supporting sales and production departments;Invoicing / Credit Control and general administration duties.
