In my last role I was in a unique industry as an Operations Manager that lives and breathes the mantra "Change is constant, either keep moving forward or get left behind!" That mindset has energized over 80+ continuous process improvement initiatives in the last 5 years that not only yielded amazing results it passed the real world test of "Hey this actually works!" I was fortunate in my military career to engage in real world Operations Planning, Program Management, and Continuous Improvement Implementation projects all over the globe. The greatest benefit of having experiences all over the world is that I had the opportunity to meet some really amazing people and leaders who became mentors and friends over the years that still teach and encourage me to grow to this very day. I am always willing to share lessons learned with those who want to improve their skills, critical thinking abilities; and if I cant help I know so many that can! I want to continue seeking out opportunities and experiences to develop my leadership skills to best serve my team and its players!
