H&M BUYERDepartment 7920, 7930, 7616, 7668, 8748, 8768, 7659, 7878, 7648)➢Prepare Monthly order summary and style wise file & Send Related Department.➢Tech pack analysis & prepare primary costing sheet.➢ Lab dip / AOP / Print / Embroidery development➢ Proper follow up on Accessories & Fabric In- house.➢ Send Trim’s & Accessories to Buyer for Approval.➢ Follow up Development, SMS, PP & Shipping sample.➢ Follow up every side for smooth production & on time shipment.➢ Send Fabric & Garments to Third party Testing Purpose.➢ Prepare & release all fabrics, trims & accessories booking.➢ Communication with Suppliers for Materials In- house.➢ Co- ordinate with others Department to ensure on Time shipment & 100% Quality Approval.➢ To keep close contact with store to know the actual in- house status of all relevant productionmaterials and inform the same to factory management in well ahead.➢ To follow-up in all stages of production in the Factory from sample making to shipment.➢ To closely work with factory management told execute the planned production➢ To follow-up Cutting, print, Embroidery, washing properly to ensure smoot production➢ To prepare all necessary report & submit the same to all concerned & Top management.➢ Pre-Production Meeting Organization.➢ Mail Corresponding with Buyer, Factory all Related Department & Suppliers.➢ Make a chain of communication among Buyer, Factory all Related Department, and Supplier.
