Owner And Principal
CurrentWhen my father passed away in 2020, I found myself responsible for understanding and unraveling his financial history and commitments. I took on the task of managing bills, insurance and budgeting so that my mother could continue without worry and stress over these matters. Thankfully, I had the knowledge and skills to adeptly meet the challenge, but I quickly saw that this could be a daunting task for people who did not have the background, facilities, or time to handle the multiple demands of daily money management. I realized what a mitzvah (good deed) it would be to help others in similar situations and ease the pressures of daily money management from their lives, while giving them the respect and honor they deserve. From this was born the idea of Kavod Daily Money Management. At Kavod DMM, I combine my skills and experiences to help my clients reduce the stress of daily money management. My years of managing budgets as a nonprofit program manager gave me organizational and financial skills that I use to ensure clients stay current in their payments and have oversight of their budgets and financial status. My training and experience as an attorney (now retired from the practice of law) allows me to understand insurance and procedures, identify potential issues, and guide clients to appropriate professionals if needed for positive outcomes. My years as a rabbi caring for congregants taught me how to do all this with compassion, honor and respect, and in accordance with the highest ethical standards, for all people, whether Jewish or not. Most of all, I maintain the goal of Kavod DMM as providing professional financial assistance with personal attention and care. I look forward to our conversation to explore how Kavod Daily Money Management can help you! – Rabbi Jeffrey Wildstein
