Rabeb Zaatour is a Senior Project Officer at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) in Tunisia, with six years of experience in project management and coordination. She is currently co-leading USAID and SWISS funded projects, overseeing women and youth empowerment activities. Rabeb manages sub-grants to IFES's local partners, focusing on initiatives targeting women in rural areas and Tunisian youth.Rabeb was a national project coordinator for the SAWTY Organization's Participatory Budgeting project funded by the European Union. She has also worked for the YouthCan Organization's YouthCan Clubs project, funded by the International Republican Institute (IRI). She participated in the U.S. International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) in 2019.Rabeb is pursuing a master’s degree in Governance and Anti-Corruption at the College of Juridical, Political, and Social Sciences at the University of Tunis.
