1. Plan, coordinate & implement all activities for the assigned area & work closely with core actors (CCC, YES) involved with TIB on a voluntary basis; 2. Undertake stakeholder mapping to form the Active Citizens’ Groups (ACG) & reform CCC/YES, if needed;3. Facilitate community monitoring to identify governance gaps for corrective action in selected sectors, namely, social protection, health, education, l&, environment, & construction;4. Organize coordination meetings of core actors & maintain regular & effective contact to facilitate proper implementation of project activities including involvement of general people of the area;5. Conduct local need-based research activities & assist in all research activities initiated by the head office in the area; 7. Ensure effective coordination & communication with various stakeholders including the relevant authorities in selected sectors & beyond, local media, NGOs, CBOs, CSOs, youth fora, community clubs, local women’s groups, etc.;8. Represent TIB at local level NGO coordination initiatives by relevant government authorities or other stakeholders & maintain positive & constructive relationships;9. Organize training for CCC/YES/ACG on anti-corruption social movement, National Integrity Strategy (NIS), SDGs, human rights, & gender issues including safeguarding & bullying;10. Maintain regular communication with local-level service delivery institutions & explore & utilize scope for evidence based-advocacy with them;11. Ensure proper documentation, prepare periodic plans of work, coordinate result tracking activities, manage output & outcome result tracking survey; report progress & compile good practice in both Bangla & English in line with project M&E framework & learning;12. Coordinate & manage visits by evaluation missions & development partners;13. Maintain accounts, follow up on audit observations/recommendations & reports regarding the performance of respective areas; etc.

1. Conduct & assist in conducting Diagnostics Study, National Household Survey on Service Sector, Baseline Survey & Citizen Report Card Survey on different intervention areas and issues of TIB; 2. Develop research methodology, tools, techniques of data collection; Supervise and monitor field data collection, ensure authenticity and objectivity of data, analyze data by sound research tools, and participate in data collection, both primary and secondary, as and when appropriate;3. Independently organize training for field enumerators appointed from time to time for data collection;4. Write reports in Bangla and English, prepare and make presentations of research findings in public forums and apply other means to disseminate research findings;5. Assist in developing and updating creative, innovative and effective designs of policy research and tools for policy advocacy consistent with research findings;6. Play a strategic role in the improvement of quality public service by ensuring information disclosure, active complaint redressal mechanism and gender-sensitive service delivery in LG, Land, Education and Health sector;7. Assist Area Managers in arranging different Seminar, Knowledge sharing Program, Workshop, day observance and right based advocacy campaigns on different issues & areas;8. Facilitate training, orientation, study circle and capacity building activities to YES and YES Friends Group to develop their knowledge & leadership skills on topics such as Community Participation, Advocacy & Networking, Effective Communication, Gender Mainstreaming, Role of the Government agencies, the Importance of Citizen’s Roles and Responsibilities, Law & Democracy etc.;9. Assist in developing BCC and IEC materials for different right based and awareness campaigns on different issues like human rights, women rights, land rights and legal issues, governance in service delivery in different sectors like education, health, local government, land and climate finance.

Developing comprehensive ME system and framework and work plan to ensure ME activities for different clients projects under the supervision of ME Coordinator; Setting up different input-output and outcome indicators and activities based on project outcome.
