I'm a Project Manager at xWave, and I'm proud of our projects that help people. They make me feel more confident. This year, I've gotten better at talking with others.-In our monthly meeting with the team, we discuss the issues that came up during the month and how we should solve them. We talk about what went wrong and how we can fix it. Then, we also discuss what tasks we need to do next. It's important for us to communicate and work together to address any problems and plan for the future.

As an illustrator for book publishing company, my job is super important because I make stories come alive with awesome pictures. I work closely with authors, editors, and designers to understand what each book is all about.I dive deep into the story, characters, and themes to create cool visuals that make the book even better and connect with readers. I come up with unique ideas that match the mood and style of the book by brainstorming, researching, and sketching.Communication is key in my work. I talk a lot with everyone involved to make sure my illustrations fit well with the story. My goal is to make readers feel all sorts of emotions and get lost in the world of the book. This way, I help make each project a success and leave a lasting impression on readers.
