With over 15 years in clinical pharmacy, higher education, and leadership, my work focuses on advancing professionalism in healthcare, combating antimicrobial resistance (AMR), and fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity.Currently, I serve as the Associate Dean for People, Culture, and Inclusion at Aston University’s College of Health and Life Sciences, where I lead strategic initiatives that promote diversity, well-being, and equality across staff and students. As a Senior Teaching Fellow I have a wide range of academic experience ranging programme director (OSPAP), stage (Stage 4 MPharm) and module lead (various in MPharm and OSPAP). I have led programme re-design and led on and been involved in various GPhC programme accreditations for the University. I am deeply committed to shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.
