Being AoVP - HR am responsible for managing entire human resource function at BOL TVResponsible to manage overall processes and systems of Human Resource department including functions like Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits.Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production and productivity; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applicationsDevelop staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the corporation for positions of responsibility. Identify appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the companyWorking closely with organization planning and development department in reference to staffing needs, requisition management, offer approval and employee retention.

Managing entire HR department including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance management, training and development along with Strategic HR relevant decision making.

Responsible for the management of Recrutiment related activities such as planning staff requirements in different departments, interviewing candidates, defining profiles, designing job descriptions and auditing documentation.Apart from recruitment also responsible for managing compensation department with reference to benefits and policies.
