Finance Officer
Current• Performing accurate and consistent accounting functions complying with policies and regulations of the organisation. (General Ledger, accounts receivables and payables, accounts reconciliations against payments, bank reconciliation, monthly financial closing)• Generate post purchase / sales invoices to bill internal/external vendors/ customers, and process payments /reimbursements.• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system (scanning and classification) • Contributing to the preparation of needed documents for the interim/annual audit of the organisation and provide support to auditors upon request.• Supporting the Finance Manager and Executives with projects and tasks when required.• Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.
