• Appointing teachers by taking interviews and demonstrations.• Counselling and training of teachers by conducting small workshops.• Supervise and observe teachers performance, provide recommendations and maintain staff records in alphabetical order.• Ensuring all documents/ records/ databases are continuously updated and stored electronically and hard copies in a reader friendly format.• Analysis and provide recommendations via data provided in order to monitor and evaluate pupil’s progress on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Collect all the documents of applicants and store their information on necessary systems in order to meet the requirements of all available jobs.• Collect performance appraisal reports from the head of department and check the rating of performance.• Check data of all the employees and assess the requirement of training of skills which an employ needs. • Maintain the record of all applicants including their leave, transfers and penalties and court cases.• Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.• Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
