Overseeing production of handmade table linens and crochet items crafted by women artisans from remote areas, ensuring high quality, sustainable sourcing, and fair trade practices. Responsible for project coordination, vendor relations, and quality control. Lead initiatives to preserve traditional crafts, providing skills training and support to empower women artisans. Manage logistics, from material procurement to product delivery, while enhancing the livelihoods of underrepresented communities.
