As a dynamic JavaScript developer, I've honed my craft over the past several years, evolving from a self-taught frontend enthusiast to a versatile professional who is immersed in both frontend and backend technologies. While my journey initially and presently centers around frontend development, my skills and knowledge-base have expanded significantly since joining IntelliGRC.At IntelliGRC, I played a pivotal role in revitalizing our application's frontend, contributing to a comprehensive rebuild using Next.js and TypeScript. This involved navigating complex challenges and implementing advanced features to elevate user experience and streamline functionality.On a daily basis, I work in a collaborative environment, engaging in activities such as daily standups with the development team, code reviews, and seamless coordination with functional experts, product owners, testers, and fellow developers. While my primary focus lies in frontend feature implementation, I have taken it upon myself to improve my versatility. I frequently transition into backend tasks, contributing to API development within our microservice architecture. Additionally, I have assisted our backend developer team by investigating and solving several dozen backend-related bugs, which has greatly contributed to my increased understanding of backend architecture, and my capability in providing value outside of my traditional frontend role.Moreover, I have been exposed me to a rich array of technologies, tools, platforms and software concepts, ranging from Next.js and TypeScript to ASP.NET, Azure DevOps, PostgreSQL, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservice architectural patterns. I've leveraged platforms like Visual Studio and VS Code for seamless development experiences, and embraced collaborative design tools like Figma to streamline our workflow.I continue to immerse myself in the ever-evolving landscape of web development. I prioritize continued knowledge and skill development, and welcome any opportunity at work to push my boundaries and assist me in becoming a more well-rounded and experienced software-developer.
