• Manage Facility Management Scope of as per Service provision contract• Coordinate and perform a range of staff and/or operational support activities• Communicate and build relationship with Clients for MEP Systems• Secure projects from managed properties• Implement general data management duties on the IT CAFM platform (accounts, subcontractors, clients & work orders)• Ensure that FM reports and accounts are accurate prior to publishing• Compile and upload MEP site reports• Cross examines subcontractor invoices with the relevant Service Level Agreement• Obtain approval for completion of works, double check log books and approve subcontractor payments• Review open work orders and take appropriate action to close• Engineering works (Site Visit – Inspection – Condition report ....) Projects• United Arab Emirates Embassy & Ambassadors’ Residence, Lebanon

• Manage maintenance team and control all maintenance works• Managing all subcontractors’ contracts including start/end dates and number of preventive and on call visits • Provide solutions and fixed equipment malfunctioning, system faults, corrective actions, modifications and performed replacements and/or new installation• Evaluation the O&M Contractors’ submissions FM and MEP including asset and maintenance plans• Monitor BMS software platform to configure the required system• Follow up installation and reviewing if executed as per procedures & instructions correctly• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with• Supervise and lead 5 No. of Senior Skilled Technicians
