• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.• Assist guide and direct installation, sales, service sales and maintenance towards achieving targets.• Reporting to GM/MD on branch performance and field operation activities.• Prepare the departments’ annual budget in line with the company strategy • Responsible for the overall financial health of the branch and achieving P&L goals• Monitor the installation efficiency of all projects in the territory• Responsible for cost controlling measures in all activities of the branch.• Supervision and control of all local purchases in the branch • Handling of modernization orders and modification orders of branch• Responsible of resources requirement and optimization to ensure operational sustenance.• Performance appraisal/ Training and development of sales/Service sales & Field operations heads.• Conducting weekly and monthly meetings with all departments of the branch for reviewing actual results against target and other pertinent issues.

Manage the Sales and Installation team within Lebanon Branch

o Prepare the department’s annual budget in line with the company strategy.o Follow up on and control installation process to ensure adherence to Mitsulift standards, timely work progress, accurate product specifications and customer satisfaction.o Control and maintain team’s productivity and work progress by closely supervising team members.o Follow up on Voice of Customer surveys and on customer complaints and ensure complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.o Prepare, analyze and present reports for monthly site progress to monitor project cost and submit to management.o Control and approve team’s purchasing transactions and expenses.o Plan and assign installation teams on each project to maximize team’s efficiency.o Coach team members and lead their talent development process (skills development, assessment, training, succession planning) to ensure ongoing productivity, and to reach own and company goals. o Establish exceptional relations with customers, consultants and site owners to maintain a sustainable relationship with all stakeholders.

1.Performance Goals:• Contribute to achieving department’s business objectives by meeting assigned goals. • Lead installation team and ensure installation process is carried out according to company's standards.• Oversee handing over of final and finished product to customer and the After Sales Department.• Coordinate, when necessary, with Sales and After Sales Departments to obtain necessary information and to ensure smooth work flow, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.• Deliver consistent quality customer service by being punctual, courteous and thorough.• Adhere to and ensure employees adhere to all company's safety procedures and guidelines.2. Key Activities:• Handle project from take-over stage from Sales Dept to hand-over to customer and After Sales Dept.• Ensure proper execution of the installation work by maintaining the highest installation and safety quality within the allocated budget.• Follow up on the installation process to ensure adherence to company's standards, timely work progress, accurate product specifications and customer satisfaction.• Conduct site visits and ensure proper implementation of installation requirement and safety process.• Prepare and update the works planning schedule in accordance with the customer’s actual site status and progress.• Follow up on relevant Workshop Production Sheets.• Handle the on-site preparation of all material needed for installation. • Plan and supervise technicians’ installation work. • Provide technical support to Project Engineers when needed.• Ensure the final product being delivered meets the pre-selected standards and sales order specifications and conditions.• Deliver to customer and to After Sales a trouble free product, perfectly installed as per company's standard and manufacturer’s requirements. • Report to Corporate Quality Department any product or equipment deficiency.• Provide technical assistance for installation teams when needed.

Key Activities:• Handle the Installation and commissioning for industrial food processing machineries.• Conduct Maintenance visit to more than 100 Factories all around the Middle East (Saudi – Jordan – Oman – UAE – Qatar – Syria – Sudan – Bahrain – Lebanon) • Prepare the offers and handle all technical negotiation with the customers.
