I am a dynamic and multifaceted academic leader with a breadth of experience in optimizing student performance and quality, spanning +20 years. My expertise spans all facets of instructional leadership including curriculum development, quality control, and team leadership and development.  In 2016, I completed a Master of Education at American University in Dubai. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Public Relations from The Lebanese University in Beirut. Since that time, I have held multiple key roles at the International School of Choueifat including Head Supervisor, Mathematics Teacher, and most recently, Academic Quality Controller.As an Academic Quality Controller, I drive academic excellence and student achievement by overseeing all of the academic programs, courses, and assessments. As an Advisor, I implement academic support programs to help students develop more productive routines and behaviors.Throughout my career, I have fostered a culture of discovery by creating engaging lesson plans while providing a well-organized classroom structure for students to succeed. I am also well adept at training and developing teachers while keeping a thumb on the pulse of new technological advances, learning pedagogies, and best practices. Originally from Lebanon, I currently live in Dubai, UAE. When I’m not busy working, I enjoy reading and watching movies.
