• Manage Nokia Switching Core network operations and maintenance• Manage the operations team & develop overall unit goals and objectives• Manage suppliers based on company specific business requirements• Measure and evaluate work processes and projects• Make sure that regular processes are efficiently applied on the core network elements• Find solutions to existing problems or requirements• Highlight O&M, implementation and planning issues and continuously improve the section processes• Addresses network issues such as license management, network design review, redundancy review, configuration review, single points of failure review, measurement files/KPIs update, call/traffic model review, features/HW/SW roadmap and planning, consistency/discrepancy check, configuration update• Provide technical solutions from core perspective to strategic, commercial or technical requirements and highlight the best way to implement these

- Monitor the network quality and Key Performance Indicators.. - Troubleshoot roaming technical problems.

First line of maintenance - Monitor, handle and resolve faults that may occur in the network.

Administrating windows 2000 Advanced Server Active directory, Ms Exchange 2000, ISA, DNS and DHCP servers. - Working with hubs, switches and routers.

- Managing windows 2000 server network problems, implementing group policies and security templates, managing Hardware problems, Working with hubs, switches and wireless network connections.
