It continues to maintain its leadership position through reinforcing its superior efficacy credentials and launching mixes that continue to sustain the positive growth and grow the category.I was responsible for ensuring that the Shield brand continued to grow and bring growth to the deodorant category, by working with the local marketing and customer teams to develop strategies and troubleshoot issues where required; landing profitable mixes with propositions that were appealing to consumers; and creating locally relevant creative communications

Knorr Packet Soup and Cup-A-Soup are market leaders in both household soups and instant soups categories respectively. Knorr Packet Soup is a key driver of growth in the Savoury business, with exceptional market share and brand penetration. My role was to ensure positive and consistent brand growth through building strong, effective brand plans that delivered on the key brand job to be done, as well as business objectives. Cup-A-Soup also experiences high market share and penetration figures, however in a category that is declining, there was opportunity to create work to reinvigorate the Instant Soups market.
