At Dhanush Infotech, my role is to develop solutions to business problems, design the Product according to market demand that begins with defining, analyzing and documenting requirements and managing requirements at the project level leads to fulfilling business needs. I also use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.Following is the Snapshot of my Role:- Identifying, defining and documenting business needs and objectives, current operational procedures- Analysing Requirements - Analysing the feasibility and develop requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users. - Translating and simplifying requirements.- Requirements management and communication.- Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications; writes detailed universally understood procedures for permanent records and for use in training- Identifying opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and/or non-system driver changes; assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.- Planning, organising and conducting business process reengineering/improvement projects and/or management reviews of court-wide significant or specific to a court division.- I Conduct change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents court business rules, functions and requirements.- Participating in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.- Providing technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching professional and technical staff. - Developing training curriculum and conducts formal training sessions covering assigned systems module- Coordinating for Deployment Process and Support

As a part of the business analysis team, my role is to interact with our clients, understand their business requirements and provide them with efficient solutions using the best technology. Once we reach an understanding about client requirements, I generate the necessary project documentation which is the basis for developing the solution. I then coordinate between the client and the team at iridium and ensure timely delivery of a high quality product.

The project involved marketing financial products of Kotak to corporates and business development of Kotak by contacting senior finance officers of organizations. This required thorough market research and analysis. Using the SPSS software, I was able to provide effective business solutions to the bank.
