Welcome to my profile page!I am a doctoral candidate in the Department of ECE at the University of Waterloo. My current research interest is in the fabrication and characterization of emerging nonvolatile memory, especially resistive random-access memory (RRAM). In addition, I have explored several research directions, including reservoir computing (RC) with volatile memristors, in-memory computing (IMC) with 1T-1R structure, the modeling of resistive memory, and the modeling of III-V material-based field-effect transistors. Research Expertise: 1) Approximate 5 years of Cleanroom experience in QNFCF at the University of Waterloo (UW).2) Advanced user of QNFCF with more than 900 hours of experience in the last year.3) 5 years of research experience in MRAM (MTJ) and RRAM-based memory devices. 4) Expert user of OOMMF micromagnetic simulation software. 5) Four terms of teaching experience in Micro and Nano-fabrication related projects.6) Completed multiple fabrication-related theory courses at UW and experienced multiple research projects.
