Advised the Academy’s Superintendent and senior staff in the direction of a premier higher-education institution offering a world-class, highly structured four-year regimen of comprehensive military training, unparalleled academics, expansive NCAA Division I intercollegiate program, sponsoring 29 men’s and women’s sports, and athletic programs, along with character development programs leading to a Bachelor of Science degree preparing outstanding young men and women to become Air Force officers motivated to lead American Airmen in the world’s greatest air, space and cyberspace force. Additionally, the Chief guides matters of military readiness, morale, quality of life and professional development of more than 9,000 permanent party and cadet personnel, and serves as the Superintendent’s enlisted representative on numerous committees, councils and boards.

Primary advisor to the 19th Air Force commanders and senior staff on all matters affecting training, education, readiness, and effective utilization of resources in the execution of the 19th Air Force mission. The 19th Air Force trains more than 32,000 U.S. and allied students annually utilizing 1,350 aircraft assigned to 16 bases located across the United States. The training ranges from introductory flying training, undergraduate flying training through advanced combat crew training, and ultimately provides fully qualified aircrew personnel to the warfighting commands.

Senior advisor to the commander along with senior staff on all matters affecting training, education, readiness, and effective utilization of resources in the execution of the assigned mission. Maintained oversight and input of the wings $350M dollar annual budget.

Senior adviser to the commander on all issues concerning on all matters affecting training, education, readiness, and effective utilization of resources in the execution of the Operations Group mission. Utilized assigned personnel across 22 Air Force specialties operating a fleet of uniquely modified F-15, F-16, A-10, CV-22, C-130, UH-1 and AFSOC test aircraft performing developmental testing and evaluation, range scheduling and air traffic control for 185,500 square miles of land and water test ranges, airfield management, and weather support to five Air Force wings along with the Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal School, 6th Ranger Training Battalion and 7th Special Forces Group. and sister service mission partners.

Senior advisor to the commander along with senior staff on all matters affecting training, education, readiness, and effective utilization of resources in the execution of the assigned mission operating fleet of 12 KC-10A aircraft to meet world-wide assigned operations. Responsible for direct supervision and oversight of flight of 35 assigned Flight Engineers. Provided input to squadrons $500K dollar annual budget.
