Conceptualize, design, collect, analyze, and interpret biomechanical data from laboratory-grade equipment and commercial wearable technology for research studies in the Human Biomechanics and Physiology Laboratory in collaboration with Physical Therapy, Exercise Science, and Athletic Training professors and students. Research scientific literature, write protocols, apply for IRB approval, conduct human subjects research, collect biomechanical data (three-dimensional motion and ground reaction force data), write Matlab scripts to organize and analyze large datasets, statistically analyze data, disseminate findings through peer-reviewed publication and conference abstracts. Guest instructor for a wearable technology laboratory session for doctoral of physical therapy students.The Human Biomechanics and Physiology Laboratory consists of 16,000 square feet of awe-inspiring research, teaching, and clinical space. Although the area is specifically designed to foster interdisciplinary collaboration, a presentation of the space is simplified when thinking about components of the lab. The centerpiece of the lab is our biomechanics area. This biomechanics area consists of three large, open spaced functional areas surrounded by 48 motion capture cameras and featuring 14 force plates and an instrumented treadmill. In addition, the biomechanics area boasts truly unique functional motion-capture areas with a golf simulator, turf, and court surface.

Collaborated with biomechanists, physical therapists, and biomedical engineers on multiple research projects. Guest instructor for the gait analysis laboratory sessions for students at the undergraduate and graduate level in biomedical engineering and physical therapy disciplines in Drexel's Gait Lab. Wrote data collection protocols, collected biomechanical data, and statistically analyzed data. The Gait Lab at Drexel house's a state of the art motion capture system with 8 Vicon motion capture cameras and 4 AMTI force plates.
